For 10 years now we have been recovering the farming of saffron, by using ancient methods in its growth, harvest, peel and toast. This is a tradition that had been lost in recent years in our town, Peñas de San Pedro (Albacete).
We have put into operation the teachings of our grandparents, with the purpose of obtaining saffron of great quality and purity. Each one of our briznas (Spanish for stalks) has been peeled off with the utmost care and dedication, conscientiously toasted and packed in its optimal conditions in order to obtain an exclusive product.
